The Company is a New York–headquartered commercial real estate (CRE) investment platform founded in 2015. The Company originates, underwrites, and offers private CRE investments across debt, preferred equity, common equity, and fund-structured strategies (including three fund/portfolio strategies) to a marketplace of accredited investors. The Company operates a proprietary technology stack across origination, asset management, investor onboarding, and investor reporting.

Approximately 750,000 lines of hand-written code across ~10,700 source files in 44 distinct languages (excluding auto-generated Salesforce metadata, dependency lockfiles, data files, and documentation). Predominant languages: TypeScript (~331K LOC, marketplace frontends), Python (~131K, data and analytics), and Ruby (~94K, backend services), plus material amounts of JavaScript, SCSS/CSS, Go, PHP, GraphQL, HCL (Terraform), and Apex (Salesforce).

Data Taxonomy
The Company’s data assets fall into three broad domains:
Operational & marketing
Marketing site traffic and attribution (Segment, Mixpanel, LeadsRX, Hotjar); CRM (Salesforce) records spanning investor leads, lifecycle stages, and engagement; transactional & marketing communications (Customer.io, Cordial, Twilio).
Deal-side / transactional
CRE deal artifacts: private placement memoranda (PPMs), offering memoranda (OMs), underwriting and financial models, investment committee memos, sponsor diligence files, asset management updates, distribution and waterfall records, and post-close performance reporting — across both debt and equity strategies.
Investor & IR
Accredited investor records, KYC/AML artifacts, subscription documents, account statements, tax documents (e.g., K-1s), and distribution histories. This category carries heightened privacy and regulatory considerations and is gated behind separate scoping, redaction, and consent review.
Acquisition Pipeline Footprint
The Company’s acquisition pipeline is tracked in Airtable (deal records, authoritative for stage) with a corresponding folder per deal in the Offerings shared drive in Google Drive. Lifetime counts as of May 2026:

Each closed deal carries a structured folder containing: PPM/OM, underwriting model (multiple iterations), IC memo, sponsor diligence package, executed transaction documents, asset management updates, and exit / wind-down records. Total Offerings shared drive footprint: approximately 523 GiB across 179,566 objects (including a small number of template and sync folders outside the 12 pipeline stages).
Vintage & Scale
The Company has operated as a CRE investment marketplace since 2015; deal-side artifacts span approximately a decade of underwriting, structuring, and asset management activity across the four product lines noted above.
Data is organized at the platform level by entity (offering, investment, investor, sponsor) and at the file level by deal, with consistent folder conventions for marketing materials, offering documents, underwriting models, IC memos, and asset management updates.
Information Security
The Company maintains a documented information security program covering encryption (in transit and at rest), MFA, third-party penetration testing, software composition analysis, and a fractional CISO engagement. SOC 2 readiness work is in progress. Detail available on request.
